The cargo floor I was preparing; this image comes from my own build footage.
Why I bought it
My floor-preparation day involved several kinds of cleanup. I had loose dirt to remove, stubborn residue to work over and remaining dirt to scrub afterward.
The Holikme attachment set was included in my tools and materials for that work. Nylon brushing had its own place in the process, after the wire-brush stage.
How I used it in my camper van
I swept and mopped the cargo floor, wiped the walls with Simple Green, and used a wire brush on a drill for stubborn floor residue. I then used a nylon brush on the drill for the dirt that remained.
After the powered brushing, I wiped the floor with a dry towel. The cargo-floor photograph on this page is a still from that preparation footage and shows the work area for this stage.
My review
The useful result in my build was having a follow-up scrubbing step after the wire brushing. My record separates the wire-brush work on stubborn residue from the nylon-brush pass on the remaining dirt.
The whole preparation process took time and several supplies. I would place the Holikme set in the cleanup portion of the tool kit, alongside the broom, towels and cleaner, with a different role from the metal-removal tools used elsewhere in the van.
The nylon brush was a follow-up cleaning tool in a longer preparation process.
Alternative products
Two alternatives to compare
The Drillbrush kit keeps the drill-powered arrangement with another assortment of cleaning heads. The Rubbermaid Reveal uses its own battery-powered motor and a smaller head. That makes the comparison about broad drill-mounted scrubbing versus focused handheld work in narrow areas.
Drillbrush Cleaning Attachment Set
These drill-mounted cleaning brushes provide powered scrubbing with several brush shapes. The set offers another approach to cleaning flat areas, corners and recesses.
This battery-powered handheld scrubber has its own motor and a small multipurpose brush head. Its compact head provides focused scrubbing for narrow areas without a separate drill.
