I bought the PREXISO with the measuring and layout tools. My drawer build documents the broader sequence of measuring a frame, locating the hardware and assembling the parts on the patio.
I bought PREXISO Stud Finder and Laser Level as part of my camper van equipment.

Where it fits my build
I built the storage-bin drawer frame on the patio from a measured layout. I joined the timber, added inside corner brackets and fitted the base before moving on to the lining.
I cut the rubber mat with scissors, cleaned the wood and used spray adhesive in sections with a roller. Screws and washers attached the mat, and the slides joined the drawer to its surrounding cabinet frame.

My build notes
The drawer went through several distinct stages before it could slide in the cabinet. The photographs show the exposed frame first and the lined drawer later, making the changes in access and fastening positions visible.
Measuring, framing, lining and slide installation were separate stages of the drawer assembly.
Alternative products
Two alternatives to compare
The other PREXISO combines a line laser with a magnetic nail detector rather than the electronic scanner. Franklin's ProSensor M210 focuses on stud detection, separating that function from laser-line marking.
PREXISO Laser and Magnetic Nail Detector
This tool combines a projected laser line with magnetic nail detection. Bubble vials provide another reference while positioning the line.
This electronic scanner uses multiple sensors to indicate the width of a stud behind a wall surface. Its display focuses on locating the framing rather than projecting a laser line.
