I bought DEWALT DCV517B Cordless Hand Vacuum as part of my camper van equipment.
Cleaning the cargo floor was its own build session, with sweeping, washing, brushing and drying recorded in the diary. This hand vacuum belongs to my purchased cleanup equipment around the dusty fabrication work.
Where it fits my build
The preparation session began with sweeping the cargo area. I followed with a mop and floor-cleaner spray, and used a towel and Simple Green on the walls.
For material that remained stuck to the floor, I used wire-brush and nylon-brush drill attachments. I dried the cleaned floor with a towel after working through those stages.

My build notes
Dust and residue had accumulated while I was repeatedly loading tools into the van and driving out to work on it. This session was about getting the cargo area ready for the next material stage.
The loose dirt, stuck-on residue and final drying were separate preparation jobs.

The larger DEWALT wet/dry vacuum changes the tank and carrying format. Milwaukee provides another cordless wet/dry unit on a different battery platform.
