I bought AP Products Two-Inch Flexible Air Duct as part of my camper van equipment.

Where it fits my build
I removed the passenger seat, marked and cut the floor opening, and drilled mounting holes. After sanding the edges, I applied primer and white paint around the opening before fitting the heater and its connected tubes.
The next stages included mounting the intake, exhaust, fuel filter and pump beneath the van. I then built the black cover with triangular side panels so the interior vent faced toward the cargo area, and continued the fuel-pump wire routing through a factory floor opening.

My build notes
The custom cover was a significant part of making the installation fit the seat platform. Its sloping back would have directed the vent downward, so I made a separate face for the vent. The panel looked good to me, although an awkward screw position left a hole needing a larger washer.
The heater installation included the mounting, connections and a custom interior cover as separate pieces of work.
Alternative products
Two alternatives to compare
RecPro provides another two-inch flexible foil duct. The plastic heater and defroster hose is two-and-a-half-inch inside diameter and six feet long, offering a different size and construction for a separate air-route design.
RecPro Two-Inch Flexible Foil Duct
This flexible foil duct is supplied as a twenty-five-foot length. Its two-inch nominal size provides an alternative air-route material in the same diameter class.
This flexible plastic duct is intended for heater, air-conditioning and defroster routes. Its two-and-a-half-inch inside diameter and six-foot length define a larger air path than a two-inch hose.
